Hi! My name is Danny, and if you’re looking for an Israel private tour guide with in-depth knowledge of Israel and its history, you can’t pick a better guide than me. Being born in Israel and raised in a kibbutz, I know all the sides of life in this country. After doing the military service I’ve decided to become an archeologist, so I enrolled in the Institute of Archaeology of Jerusalem. Since then I had over 15 years of experience working as a professional archeologist, making me a very helpful assistant when it comes to lectures, research and media consulting about Israeli history for visitors. But of course, my main specialization is conducting guided tours to Biblical places of Israel.

I believe that Jerusalem is one huge archeological artifact, so numerous are the fascinating sites and items that are constantly being found here. That’s why my tours mainly focus on the different aspects of this city’s history, spanning for nearly 4,000 years. You can even see me occasionally on the Discovery or Israel Channel, consulting and commenting on topics that touch upon the history of Jerusalem and the surrounding areas. So you can imagine how much I can talk about this place during our tour together.

The main appeal of Jerusalem for most tourists is the fact that it houses so many places that are described in the Bible. Whether ruined, buried under layers of land and other artifacts, or standing there since the Biblical times, there are many sites and locations that are worth visiting, if you really want to see where Biblical events took place. But of course, this is just the part of Jerusalem’s history and appeal. And I will gladly show you all the different sides of this ancient city and also help you explore its modern life with our thematic guided tours. So don’t hesitate, and contact me to get more details on my tours and availability.
