Day1 Dakar Arrival at LSS (Leopold Sedar Senghor) airport, assistance though customs and polices, then transfer to your (3 or 4 stars) hotel –BB accommodation

Day2 Dakar/Pink Lake/Saint –Louis Leave your hotel in the morning for a brief guided city tour of Dakar .you will visit its various markets; kermel, Sandaga ect Visit of the greet mosque , stop at the president s palace and the parliament house. Going to Cheikh Anta Diop university you will visit the picturesque district of medina and the residential district of Fann. After the city tour , continuation for Saint Louis passing by the Pink Lake Retba . The lake is one of the rarest natural phenomenon of world : it takes its pink colour from some micro-organism and shows a high concentration of salt , as a mirror it sparkles in the middle of sand dunes. You will meet the “ salt harvesters “ with their colourful tackle ,meet and interact with the Fulani ethnic groups leaving in the surrounding villages . Lunch will be taken at the lake . Afternoon proceed to the town of the THIES with its huge market rich of African fabrics and medicinal herbs. Also visit the art tapestries manufactory famous all around the world. Arrival in saint Louis at the end of the day .dinner and overnight at your 4 stars hotel

Day3 Saint Louis/Djoudj/Saint –Louis Leave your hotel after breakfast for the discovery of the bird sanctuaries in the surroundings of Saint –Louis. By bus and motor canoe, you will view the various types of birds making of these sites a paradise of ornithology: pelicans, egrets, flamingos, fishing eagles… etc will quite parade under your eyes in a wild and wonderful nature. Lunch will be taken on the spot Afternoon return to Saint Louis to visit the historical city. The visit will take you to the Governor’s palace, to the Faidherbe square, the radio station, the “Ndar Toute” market place Visit by horse drawn carriage of the typical and picturesque district of Guet Ndar, visit of the fishermen cemetery bordered by the fishing nets of the fish drying sheds Return to your hotel late in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight

Day4 Saint Louis / Kaolack /Saly Departure very early morning to saly via Kkaolack. Visit rural weekly market and different ethnics groups village lunch will be at “Relais de kaolack “(3stars) lodge. Then after before proceeding further North West to Saly, visit the Senegal hugest market rich of medicinal herbs, colourful cotton fabrics, encens etc … HB accommodation will be at (3 or 4stars) beach hotel –

Day5 Saly/Bandia/Dakar After a nice buffet breakfast departure to Dakar via Bandia wildlife reserve Take a four wheel drive safari inside the park, possibility to observe in a very short distance wild animals, such as giraffes, buffalos, antelopes, monkies, colourful birds etc… After lunch at spot, drive further north to Dakar and visit Soumbedioune handicraft centre for your last shopping.
