We will embark upon a private guided tour of a typical ranch, and as we travel to the ranch, you will have the opportunity to learn about the origins, lifestyle and traditions of the gaucho, the cowboy of the grasslands. Upon arrival we will be welcomed with traditional Argentine wine and empanadas (a delicious meat pastry).

Then you will be free to explore and enjoy this beautiful countryside however you like. You may take a leisurely stroll or enjoy a horseback ride. You can even take a relaxing nap in the shade. Just listen for the bell to ring announcing that lunch is ready!

After a delectable meal of Argentine barbeque, or asado, we will be treated to wonderful music and a display of traditional folk dances. The entertainment continues as the gauchos demonstrate their outstanding horsemanship in traditional games such as the ring-race and the block race.
