  Petropolis, know as the Imperial city, is located in the mountains about 50 minutes distance from the city of Rio, the whole city is preserved by the National Arquitecture  Institute.

  The Brazilian Emperor's summer residence is now  a museum. where we can visit a large collection of some of the belongings of the Portuguese Royal family including the Crown used by our Emperor.

We also visit the Crystal Palace, the Gothic Cathedral and the old Casino hotel Quitandinha.
