Day 1: Arrival in Sofia. This is where I take all by private guide in Sofia duties and accompany you to your place of accommodation. There will be leisure time in the afternoon that you can spend exploring the city on your own. 

Day 2: Visit to Sandanski. This popular spa resort is located in a very beautiful area that will automatically relax you. We’ll visit the small town of Melnik that delivers great ethnographic and cultural experience with its traditional architecture. Also on our route, the Rozhen Monastery located high up on a hill. 

Day 3: Visit to the Rila Monastery. One of major tourist destination and cultural sites in Bulgaria, this UNESCO heritage list title is sure worth of exploring. On our way from the monastery we’ll also visit the popular Borovets ski resort located nearby. 

Day 4: Visit to Velingrad. First we’ll stop in the largest spa resort of Bulgaria before heading further through the mountain roads to pass Dospat, Devin and Trigard before arriving to Smolyan for this day’s accommodation. 

Day 5: A day in Plovdiv. On our way to the capital of southern Bulgaria, we’ll pass through Pamporovo ski resort and Bachkovo monastery. The city itself boasts over a hundred historical and cultural landmarks that are worth visiting, We’ll only attend some of them before enjoying a traditional dinner in a restaurant. 

Day 6: Way to Veliko Tarnovo. Heading to the capital of medieval Bulgarian kingdom we’ll have a few stops. First it will be the Tomb of Kazanlak, which is a UNESCO protected tomb dating back to the Thracian period. We’ll also visit the Shipka memorial and its church devoted to the Russian soldiers who have fought for the freedom of Bulgaria. Another stop will be at the Etara ethnographic village, before arriving to Veliko Tarnovo for accommodation. 

Day 7: A day in Veliko Tarnovo. The old capital of the country boasts a large number of traditional and historic buildings that are so fascinating to explore. We’ll also visit the nearby village of Arbanassi for a closer acquaintance with the local traditions. 

Day 8: Departure to Varna. The famous sea port and resort with its long history and numerous distractions is a great place to spend an entire day. 

Day 9: Visit to Nessebar. A small village along the coast of the Black Sea with a very rich history that dates back to Ancient Greece. Numerous revival houses and churches will make this visit a very interesting experience.  – one of the oldest towns in Europe. An undoubted jewel of Bulgaria's Black Sea coast. We will visit the 

Day 10: Back to Sofia. Trip back to the capital and accommodation.
