My vision is to give my customers a personal and more than satisfying service. I provide standard tours but also specialised sightseeing tours and tailor made tours on demand. Speaking fluent English, German and Dutch, I gained my experience during several stays abroad, attending various language schools. the British Council in Prague the School of English in Oxford, London, Malta the Goethe Institut in Prague and Nürnberg the Language School of Prague. I obtained there the following language certificates: State Exam in English and German, FCE, Zertifikat Deutsch, Zentrale Mittelstufenprüfung, Certificaat Nederlands als Vreemde Taal, Profiel Toeristische en Informele Taalvaardigheid, Profiel Maatschappelijke Taalvaardigheid, Profiel Professionele Taalvaardigheid. Besides languages I am very interested in history, architecture and culture. You can imagine me as a young and cheerful person with lots of humour as well as responsibility. I studied at the Hotel College of Prague the programme "Management of hospitality and tourist industry". I obtained the Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2005 and the Master´s Degree in 2007.
