Airport - Hurghada airport (IATA: HRG) (ICAO: HEGN) is extremely close to resort. The airport is located inland, 8km (5 miles) southwest of Hurghada. It's a 20-minute drive from the airport to the city centre. Transfers are generally short to all of the major hotels in the Hurghada and El Gouna airport.
Shopping - At Marc's: bazar sell souvenirs, clothes, jewellry, perfumes, shoes, various items and stuff popular among tourists. Shopkeepers are very friendly and they will offer you a shisha to smoke with them or a tea and treat you like their best friend! Abu Ashara Market is a reasonably priced grocery store in the Sakala area of Hurghada. Within walking distace of the hotels in the area it is a good place to pick up snack food and more importantly water.
