The Grosvenor Guide Service was started in 1966, which makes it one of the oldest driver - guiding service in the United Kingdom. Originally it was set up with American visitors to Britain in mind, and a commitment to a high quality of service which has set the standard for driver-guiding. More recently we broadened our scope to accommodate all types of private parties, using driver guides (or guide-chauffeurs) for up to seven passengers, mini-coaches and coaches for larger parties, or even, guided walking tours, best for some parts of London now (like the Millennium Mile). 
Our service is based on a team of qualified Blue Badge guides who put them selves at your exclusive disposal for sightseeing tours of as little as half a day or as long as you desire. The Service assumes you will want to be driven by private car, but it could be with other method of transport...even perhaps by Eurostar to Paris or further afield. Wherever you chose to be taken you will be entertained, informed and of course cushioned from the hassles of modern travel and very importantly we cover most languages.
Using a GGS guide for just half a day's tour not only ensures you are able to get the best overview of the sights of London, but also that you can get expert advice on planning the rest of your stay: in London or outside

We aim to be very flexible but you will need to be pre-booked, by how long depends on the length and complexity of your tour. A half day round London's major sights may require only 24 hours; a couple of days round England, at least a week. Longer could require a month to six weeks. Once we are committed we go that extra mile for our clients. We will meet you at your hotel in London the day before the tour. Indeed we will check out your hotel rooms before you arrive, if you wish. We can meet you at the airport, indeed on tours of 3 days and over we will pick you up from Heathrow at no extra charge.
