From the ancient times the name of Jerusalem is known in the world. Its beauty was described by many, its place considered as place of God and its name was the subject of dreams by generations. Join to me to discover the real story behind Jerusalem - the cradle of religions, peoples and history.
We'll have an opportunity to walk on the top of the walls of the Old City, overlook it and visit the Jewish quarter of the city. Just like on time machine, we'll come back in time and join the pilgrims to the famous Temple of Jerusalem on the exposed main streets of 2000 years ago!
3000 years ago King David conquered Jerusalem and made it his capital, making it a heart of the Jewish nation till today. Near the Western Wall (Kotel) we'll discover what is the significance of Jerusalem for Jews, and what the Romans just couldn't get about it.
Jerusalem is also place of Birth of Christianity. In the Christian quarter we'll try to understand how the new faith started in Jerusalem, follow the events of the Scriptures and visit the the Church of the Holy Sepulchre - where history, religion, visions and reality - all live together under the same roof.
