At the age of five, my parents and I immigrated to Israel from Cairo. After I completed grade school, I served in the army, as all young men and women must do. After my military service, I studied to be a tour guide guide. For many years I showed my country to English and French speaking tourists visiting Israel. In the early eighties my wife, our four children, and I, moved to live in a kibbutz located on the Golan Heights. The children had a great education experience. For 6 years I was a park ranger, protecting the nature on the north of Israel. I was the manager of Gamla nature reserve where you ca watch for the Griffon vultures in the air, and the oldest synagogue in the world on the ground. After ten wonderful years of living in the kibbutz, I am doing private guided tours again. I own a large Mercedes van for those who want a special individual tour.
