Descend towards the Sea of Galilee, cross the Jordan river and drive by the international point where the borders of Syria, Jordan and Israel meet. Ascend to the Golan Heights to overlook the Syrian border.     Enjoy breathtaking views overlooking the entire Sea of Galilee. Visit the synagogue of Katzrin, a village of the Talmudic period and stop to taste wines from the Golan Wineyards. Stop at Banias, one of the sources of the Jordan river. Banias or Caesarea Philippi, which stood in a lush area near the foot of Mount Hermon, became the religious center for worship of the Greek god, Pan.     Then on to Tel Dan Canaanite and Israelite city. Ending with a visit to Safed, the center for many Jewish scholars who founded the Zohar and Kabala - the jewish mysticism. We'll visit the charming artist' colony and the ancient Synagogue quarter.
