For your general information, please note that recently a new legislation has been implemented here in Libya that any foreign tourist can get his visa on arrival. Before their arrival we will get their visa approval from immigration in Tripoli and later the approved letter will be forwarded to the entrance point (Airport or border etc…), so on arrival the tourist can stamp their visa on their passports easily.
