Day 1: Airport - Tripoli

Arrival at airport, Meeting with our assistant who will assist you during the whole journey, arrival at Tripoli in the evening, Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day 2: Tripoli - Leptis Magna - Sirt (490 km)

After Breakfast departure to Leptis Magna a city built by Fenici which reached its height under the dominance of Rome, becoming one of the most beautiful cities of Ancient Rome facing the Mediterranean Sea. Visit to the splendid ruins such as the Arch of Septimius Severous, The forum, the theater and the gladiatorial Arena. Lunch in a local restaurant near to the excavations. Along the coast arrival to Sirt in the late evening dinned and overnight in hotel.

Day 3: Sirt - Benghazi (560 km)

After breakfast, transfer to Benghazi by the coastal road that runs along the Gulf of Sirt. Picnic lunch. Evening arrival in Benghazi. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day 4: Benghazi - Tocra - Tolmeita – AlBayda (270km)

Breakfast in hotel. Excursion to the Greek cities, Tocra (one of the port of Cyrenaica ) and Tolmeita (ancient Tolemaide that covers a large area whom only a small part has been discovered yet).You will visit The great Aqueduct, The Door of Tokeira, the great Aqueduct, The Door of Tokeira, the Necropolis and The Museum where you will find an interesting collection of statues and mosaics. Picnic lunch near the excavations. On to Al Bayda. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day 5: AlBayda-Cyrene-Apollonia- Benghazi(320 km)

After breakfast, departure to Cyrene. Ancient capital of Cyrenaica, it rises on a hill with a splendid view on the sea. The impressive excavations and the archaeological finds, allow us to imagine how the most important Grecian city on the African coast looked like. Descending to the sea arrival at the ancient port of Cyrene: Apollonia, whose excavations between the sea and the hills make the visit very exciting. Picnic lunch. Return in the evening to Benghazi. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day 6: Benghazi – Sirt (560 km)

After breakfast departure to Sirt following the coastal road that runs along the Gulf of Sirt. Picnic lunch on the way. Evening arrival to Sirt. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day 7: Sirt – Misurata – Tripoli (490 km)

After breakfast departure to Tripoli. Lunch at Misurata. Arrival in the afternoon at Tripoli .Accommodation in Traditional dinner in a typical restaurant.

Day 8: Tripoli - Ghadames (600 Km)

After breakfast, departure through the arid regions of the Libyan plateau to the desert border, where there is Ghadames Oasis. Stop at Gasser Nalut and lunch at Nalut in a typical restaurant. Arrival in evening at Ghadames. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day 9: Ghadames

Breakfast in hotel. Full day tour of the old city , the Oasis and museum. Ghadames, "The Desert Pearl" known since Roman times (was the most southern point of the Empire), famous for its architecture, typical of this area of the Sahara. Ancient "port of call" for all the caravans coming from Central Africa, it is also the doorway to the Saharan Desert. Lunch in traditional restaurant visiting the Museum and lake Ain Mejazzim . sunset the sand around a campfire with Twareg, music and dances. Overnight in hotel.

Day 10: Ghadames - Tripoli (600 Km)

Breakfast. Morning departure forward Tripoli .Short visit to Gasser Kabaw. Picnic lunch on the way . Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day 11: Tripoli

After breakfast, full day tour of Tripoli. You will admire the old city with the Medina, The Souk, The Arch of Marco Aurelio and The Arab Castle "Assrai Al-Hamra". The castle is actually the sight of national museum; it conserves the biggest part of the archaeological Artifacts found in Libya from prehistoric times to our days, including the Greek and Roman periods. Here you Can admire one of the most beautiful classical art exhibitions in the Mediterranean. Lunch in hotel. Traditional Dinner in a typical restaurant. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 12: Tripoli – Sebratha - Airport (145 Km)

After breakfast, departure to Sebratha, Roman City in Tripolitania. Visit to the archaeological excaHations famous for the theater ruins, which dominate the panorama with there Impressive scenery (on three levels). Lunch in restaurant near the excavations. Transfer to the airport and departure to your destination.
