Airport - Liechtenstein has no airports due to the size of the country. You can take a flight to the Zurich Airport (115 km). Although the airport was the only major airport near Liechtenstein, there were some limited services from Vienna to St. Gallen-Altenrhein Airport (53 km) by Austrian Arrows. There was also a private airport in Bad Ragaz, very near the country. There is a small heliport at Balzers in Liechtenstein available for charter helicopter flights.
Shopping - if you were ever a stamp collector, you'd recognize Liechtenstein since they put out so many stamps and it's a not so well known foreign country to boot, 25% or so of the government's income is from selling new series of stamps for collectors. You can buy them at the post office or if you are looking for something older, many of the souvenir shops had older stamps sealed in plastic, the prices increasing with the age of the stamps. Also you can find the supermarket along the main road through Vaduz. The COOP Supermarket in central Vaduz is a good place to do your shopping.
