I am Luc. I was born in 1988 February 19th. My mother and my father are malagasy and we all leave in Madagascar at Fianarantsoa about 400 km southward from the capital Antananarivo.

I didn't know some day I would be working in Tourism field. My father used to work as bank officer, and I thought I would follow him. But some day my father had to dismiss from his job at the bank, he was already at his late forty at this time and had not much chance to get a new good job. But then he met a resident foreing that has owned a hotel in 100km from our city. They knew each other for long since that latter frequented the bank where my father worked, so she hierd him as an accountant in her hotel. He enjoyed that job very much despite the long distance that separated him fro mhis little family.

Then during my high school period I always spent my holidays with him. There I discovered that job of Tourist guiding. Since no local guides there did not speak english, my father proposed me to guide the anglophone tourists they had. I take taste in it and I became used. For 3 years, each winter holidays (summer holiday for tourists) I went to joing my father and earned money guiding localy tourists. At this time in high schoool I could already have spoken good enough English, Italian & of course french. So after degreeing I left my parent to go and continue my studies. And I chose professional study "Tourism" at a reputed National Institut in the capital "INTH", there I spent almost 2 years & a half.

After these two years I immediately joined and trained at some local Tour Operator, italian, french and german. I earned much experience with them. And thanks to them I now know all Madagascar and I can organize and guide tourists every where they want. During the time trouble of politic crisis in Madagascar, I continued my study but not anymore Tourism but Languages such as English, Italian & Russia.

Is Madagascar not well known in your country? I invite you then for your next holiday, to come and discover it!
