Wieliczka Salt Mine is a famous tourist destination in Poland. We may combine our private tour in Krakow with a short trip to the Salt Mines, as far as they are located only twelve kilometers from Krakow. It is worth noting that Wieliczka is the oldest salt mine in the whole Europe which started working in the medieval times and is still functioning. In the 80’s it entered the list of World Heritage Sites by UNESCO.
