Begin with a guided tour of Évora, the province's capital. View the incredible relics of one of 's best-preserved Roman temples; capture images of the cathedral's Romanesque and gothic turrets; and venture into the Chapel of Bones—whose gruesome walls and pillars are covered with skulls and bones. You will also sample regional delicacies—including salted snake—and award-winning wines before heading to Esporão for a lunch break.
