Customer's Opinions D, Russia, Irkutsk To Whom it may concern: I have meet this person as she was friends with a another lady in the city of Irkutsk. She does know excellent English. But she is also not a nice person. She puts on a show that she is friendly, but she make up an excuse and leave all a sudden. I know this city as well as her. I am a student in Irkutsk as well an America. All I have to say is be CAREFUL!!
