Private Guide in South Africa, Cape Town: Peter
Private tour in Cape Town
My name is Peter Pitout and I am a registered guide from Cape Town, The area that I am qualified includes the Garden-Route Namaqualand Western Cape and Port Elizabeth surrounds. I specialise in Bushman rock-art tours and also do ghost tours.
I am long time resident of Cape Town. I have travelled abroad extensively and my first foray into tourism was in the late seventies when I worked as a guide for many British overland travel companies.
A tour with me will involve visiting not only the regular tourist spots but also those which are off the beat. I enjoy arts and culture and fine dining, so rest assured, if a restaurant is recommended it has been tried and tested!
I will try to offer you a brand new concept in personalised touring in and around Cape Town, South Africa. From the comfort and security of an air-conditioned vehicle, I offer a selection of day, evening and overnight tours in the city of Cape Town, the famous Cape Winelands, the stunningly beautiful Garden Route and the arid West Coast.
I specialise in private and group tours in air-conditioned 8 seater vehicles.
South Africa
Today, South Africa is an gripping place to visit. Cape Town, with its stylish young people, energetic nightlife and beautiful surroundings, has become one of the most pleasant destinations in the world. And the country's natural attractions are as appealing as ever: the green vineyards and rocky coast of the Cape, the droughty landscape of the Karoo, the rich farmlands of Gauteng and Mpumalanga, and the verdant hills, the snowcapped peaks of the Drakensberg range and wide beaches of KwaZulu-Natal. The country also has more than 300 game and nature reserves, along with some of the finest lodges on the continent. Your surroundings can be as wild or as genteel as you want - or both. | Add your Opinion about this guide and tour here |
