Information about New York
Airport - Three large airports (and several small ones) serve the region. John F. Kennedy International Airport (IATA: JFK) is in the borough of Queens to the east of the city. Many international airlines fly into JFK and it is a major international hub for Delta Airlines (Terminals 2 and 3) and American Airlines (Terminal 8 and 9). Newark Liberty International Airport are large international airports while LaGuardia Airport is a busy domestic airport.
Shopping - New York shopping is a nonstop eye-opener, from the pristine couture houses flanking Madison Avenue to quirkier shops downtown. Manhattan is a place for wandering - new boutiques are constantly springing up, even on streets that were deserted just weeks before. Manhattan's must-hit shopping neighborhoods concentrate their temptations, sometimes with boutiques in nearly every address on a block, so you can easily spend a couple of hours walking and browsing. Private Guide in New York - Leon Ryji (Member Since 2012) Languages: English I have been a New Yorker for 20 years and a passionate student of history all my life. You will be stunned by the extent and depth of my knowledge and enchanted by my oratorical passion and charismatic manner of speaking. Sounds like bragging? Give yourself a chance to learn how true it is. I have always had an insatiable thirst for knowledge and an equally powerful drive to transmit my knowledge to others. Being a tour guide gives me an excellent chance to fulfil my dream. That is why I greatly love my work. |
