Shanghai is definitely a city that’s one-of-a-kind in China, and probably in the rest of the world as well. Being named as the “Paris of the East” or “Paradise of adventurers”, this city has always attracted different kinds of people from many countries. With this tour you will be able to see the old Shanghai, which has inspired so many people during its Golden Era.

We’ll visit some of the most important historic sites of the city, many of which were built by European settlers whose presence is always felt in Shanghai. We will also explore the more traditional side of the city by visiting the gardens, temples and the old residential areas. Shanghai cuisine is also very unique, as it includes many local influences, which you will taste for yourself during our lunch in one of the restaurants.

You will also experience a more personal side of Shanghai when we’ll visit the residency of a notorious historical figure that lived here. There’s really a lot to explore in this city and I will try to show you only some of the most fascinating sides to Shanghai, because it’s impossible to see all of its attractions even in a week.
