The Herrenchiemsee Palace is maybe the less famous of the Ludwig II Palaces, but also is maybe the Palace that is better to visit and is the most visited Ludwig's Palaces for German tourists. The Palace is inspired in the famous Versalles Palace situated near Paris. The Palace is situated in an island inside of a lake. The Chiemsee lake in the Herreninsel Island.

So the get there we will need a ship. In the Island and the Alps in the background we will visit the Old and New Herrenchiemsee Palaces. The Old Palace that was originaly a Benedictine and later Agustine abbey and in 1948 was the place where the new German Constitution was planned after the IIWW. Then, we will go to the New Herrenchiemseen Palace. The Ludwig II Palace. There we will have a visit inside and we will be amazed for al the details of the Palace.

Finally we will have the oportunity to visit the Ludwig II museum, one of the most important of Ludwig II. We leave Munich about 9.30 am and we will arrive again about 6 pm.
