This tour visits the scenic splendours of Connemara, home to John Wayne's quiet man and some of the most beautiful and spectacular views in Ireland. Starting with pick up from Galway our first stop is in Moycullen for a visit to the Connemara marble factory where you can see jewellery and ornaments crafted from this unique marble being crafted on the factory floor.
Our next stop is a photostop at the Quiet Man bridge before journeying through the picture postcard setting of the Lough Inagh Valley and our next destination Kylemore Abbey and gardens. From Kylemore we drive along Killary fjord the only one in Ireland before arriving at Leenane where there is the option of a visit to the local heritage centre, the Field pub of the movie of the same nameor the romantic Ashleigh Falls.
Beginning our journey home we pass along the shores of Lough Corrib before our last destination Cong village home of Cong abbey and the luxurious hotel Ashford Castle. WE conclude our tour with drop off at your hotel in Galway
