Our first destination during the tour is the city Delft. It is a rather small city but with a very rich and long history. Established during the 13th century, the city of Delft has gradually grown into an important craft center, the most notable activity being the unique pottery that has even earned its own name, Delftware. With this tour you will learn how the famous pottery is made and admire some of the most peculiar works produced with the old traditional technologies used. And of course, we’ll stroll through the city center, which carries the traditional Dutch layout with canals and old buildings.

The second stop of our tour is The Hague, which is the third largest settlement in the Netherlands. This city will provide a great deal of contrast with Delft, as it houses a large number of governmental and international institutions and is the de-facto capital of the country, though Amsterdam is designated with this title through the constitution. You’ll have the chance to admire the beautiful buildings and plazas of this old city, and visit some of the most peculiar museums and spots before returning to Amsterdam.
