For real discoverer and nosy ones

Maybe you know that the mountain village Zermatt lies at the foot of the one and only Matterhorn, and you probably also know the famous Chapel Bridge in Lucerne. But did you know that here in Switzerland we have some Roman ruins, and that in the Jura mountains you can find fossilized sea shells?. And do you know where our old customs such as yodeling and flag-throwing come from? Do you know why we have so many different styles of architecture in Switzerland?
On the Discovery Tour you will find out these and many other things about Switzerland. You will get to know all the highlights of Switzerland, like Zermatt with the unique Matterhorn, or the world-famous St. Moritz. You will also enjoy the breathtaking view from the Jungfraujoch. But what makes this tour so special, however, are the routes taken along unknown paths and to destinations not frequented by most tourists.

  1st day  (Zurich - Lucerne - Solothurn - Delemont - Neuchatel - Murten)
We leave Zurich at 09.00 a.m. A short drive takes us to the city of Lucerne where we walk over the 14th century wooden bridge, time at leisure and sightseeing. A wonderful sight over the Midlands to the Alps is awaiting you. Some time at leisure. We follow narrow roads along green meadows and reach the watch city Delemont in the french speaking part of Switzerland. Time for shopping. We drive to direction south and visit the cheese factory and horse breeding at the ancient monastery Bellelay. Through  the green and rural "watch valley" we reach the city of Saignelagier, which is famous for its horse breeding. A steep downhill drive brings us through wineyards to Lake Neuchatel and about at 7 p.m. we reach the romantic city of Murten set at Lake Murten.
