Dar es Salaam City, Bagamoyo and Zanzibar Island is a tour to visit 3 towns of historic significance from the time of the Arabs, Germans and British rule in East Africa. This tour is flexible for visitors who arrived in Tanzania for short stay not exceeding 3 days. It is also suitable for Cruise Ship holiday travelers with stops in Dar es Salaam Port of Call and Zanzibar Island Port. It is an excursion to explore the past.
Day 1 of tour, visitors will visit Dar es Salaam and Bagamoyo historical town. Day 2 is a full day tour in Zanzibar Island. Day 3 is for departure. A tour starting point can also depend up on the direction of a Ship for Cruise Ship travelers.
Tour prices: USD 1280 for couple is charged for ordinary holiday visitors while USD 1,080 for couple is charged for Cruise Ship holiday travelers. Contact the Guide for solo traveler and group tour prices.
In Dar es Salaam City visitors will visit and see:
The Missionaries of Africa house, The National Museum and House of Culture , The fish Market, the village museum as our main stops. Other sites and places of interest will be pointed out by Guide while inside the Car to save time.
In Bagamoyo' visitors will visit and see:
The Kaole ruins of 13th century, the 13th and 15th Century mosques, the ancient cold water well, the first Shirazi port, the site Museum
In Bagamoyo town, at the Stone town area visitors will visit and see:
The Old Fort (1860s), the German BOMA (1895), the Arab tea house, the Slave port/ German port (1895), the Caravan Serai Museum (1865), the Multiracial School of Mwambao (1896)
In the main Catholic church of Bagamoyo' visitors will visit and see:
The Cross at the beach (1868), the Mango tree drive (1876), the late Dr. David Neil Livingstone (19th March 1813 - 1873), the tower of the Old Church (1868 – 1872), the new church (1909 – 1914), the church museum (1876), the historic Baobab tree (1868), the old Fathers House (1873), the Grotto/ the former slaves village
In Zanzibar Island, visitors will visit and see:
The Palace Museum, the House of Wonders, the old fort of the Portuguese, the Anglican church/ a former slaves market, the Shangani settlements, the Darajani swahili Market, the Marhubi ruins and the spice farms. (Ordinary visitors will also visit the Prison Island)

3. A refund with approved notice of tour cancellation is 15% and 0% for no show.
