I have unique needs and hope that you can assist me
We are a family of five, which consists of myself, my husband, my 22 year old son, and my 70+ y/o parents.
We are attending a “destination” wedding in Costa Rica arriving late (9pm) on March 21st. We need to stay in a hotel in San Jose that night.
The next day, Tuesday 3/22, we need to get to the Costa Verde Hotel in Manuel Antonio for a 5pm “wedding” dinner . We would like to drive there on that Tuesday taking in some sights and/or possible stops along the way (of course arriving around 3 to prepare for the dinner).
(our hotel while at the destination wedding is all set).
We then would like to leave Manuel Antonio on Friday, 3/25 to drive to the Arenal Volcano. We are staying at the Springs Resort. Again, perhaps stopping somewhere for interesting sights along the way.
We then are in need of transportation back from Arenal area to San Jose and a hotel near the airport for the evening of 3/26 (and then to leave on an early morning international flight on 3/27).
Is there some things you can organize for our three transportations (San Jose – Manuel Antonio, Manuel Antonio – Arenal, and Arenal to San Jose) and our two nights (3/21 and 3/26) stay in San jose?
Rose: We are two couples arriving into San Jose (Juan Santamaria) Airport 2:00pm Thursday 17 January 2008. We would like an English speaking driver/guide for the afternoon and evening of Thursday Jan 17, and dropping us back to the airport at 8:30am Friday 18 January. We then plan to take air transportation to Palmar Sur Airport, rent a car and stay in the Uvita/Dominical area, returning it to Palmar Sur on Thursday 24 January, flying back to San Jose (Juan Santamaria) and to the US.
Another possibility is to hire a driver guide for 17 January afternoon and evening, and have him/her drive us to the Uvita/Dominical area on Friday 18 January, dropping us off for the rental car in the Uvita/Dominical area, returning to pick us up in the Uvita/Dominical area on Thursday 24 January, and driving us back to the airport in San Jose (Juan Santamaria). Please advise if there is anything available and what the rates would be. Thank you!
Doak: We are looking at bringing our family of 6 down to Costa Rica at the end of July. We would be flying in to Liberia and need to be picked up there. We would like to go to the Arenal area and spend 3-4 nights there. We will choose the hotel and get the reservations. While we are there we would like to do the following things: Tour the volcano, tour the rain forest, zip line through the canopy. We also want to see as many animals as possible whether during the day or a night time tour. If you know of some small towns that are not too touristy we would like to spend some time there as well.
From here we want to go down to the Pacific Coast and spend a week or so at the beaches and relaxing. We will need transportation to the coast and ideas of what to see in that region.
Please let me know if this is something that you would be able to help us out with or if we should be looking elsewhere.
David: Dear Sirs,
My wife and I with another couple will have a one day cruise stop in Puntarenas, Costa Rica on Thursday February 14. We would like to know if your company is available for a private tour with an English speaking driver to show us around your wonderful and beautiful country.
We would like possibly like to see a private coffee plantation, local crafts and some major sights in San Jose, Lunch and stop in Sarchi. My wife and I visited San Jose years ago, but the other couple we are travelling with have not visited your wonderful country.
Could you suggest an intineary for the day, and let me know the approximate cost.We are more interested in cultural sights than religious sights.
The ship is in port from 7am-7pm. We could possibly start at 9 or 9;30am if that would be agreeable.
Hoping to hear from you soon.
