Michael: Your travel company was recommended to me by my travel agent.
I am interested in obtaining information about airport transfers for my wife and myself from the Santiago airport to the Valparaiso port on Sunday, 22 January, 2012 and return transfers from the Valparaiso port to the Santiago airport on 7 February, 2012. I am also interested in sightseeing tours of Santiago, Valparaiso, and nearby areas. The tours should be with an English speaking guide.
My wife and I are sailing on the cruise ship Insignia, departing Valparaiso on Sunday afternoon, 22 January 2012. We are scheduled to arrive in Santiago early that Sunday morning at 0645 on LAN flight #501 from Miami, Florida. And we will be able to board the ship early that afternoon.
We are scheduled to disembark from the ship in Valparaiso on Tuesday, 7 February, 2012. We will probably disembark the ship that morning around 0900, and our return flight to Miami, LAN #502, is scheduled to depart Santiago at 11:55PM (2355) on 7 February.
Because of the early arrival of our flight on 22 January and the late departure of our flight on 7 February, we will have time on both days for sightseeing tours of the area.
I would appreciate it if you would provide me with a quotation for airport transfers on both 22 January and 7 February and also quotations for a half-day tour (4-5 hours) on 22 January and a full day tour (7-8 hours) on 7 February. My wife and I have never been to Chile before, and we would welcome your suggestions for tours for both days.
In addition to the costs for your services, please provide information about the vehicles that you would use and your preferred method of payment.
I look forward to hearing back from you. Thank you,
Yadi: My name is yadi I had worked with you while i was at tours limited.

What would it take to work Mendoza wine area into this trip?
Sally: We would like to inquire about your services for the following - we are two couples traveling together and will be boarding a cruise on afternoon of February 12, 2012, but arriving 3 days early to be able to tour Santiago and Valparaiso. Please let us know if this is something that you would be able to do for us and what the costs would be. We would like to make a decision in the next couple of days:
*Arrive Santiago airport (SCL) 9:25 am February 9, 2013
*Meet at airport, handle luggage & transport to hotel - early check-in at hotel in Santiago
*Lodging needed - 2 nights in Santiago, 1 night in Valparaiso
*February 10, 2013 - private van/car tour around Santiago
*February 11, 2013 - private van/car to alparaiso with tour along the way (with luggage
*February 12, 2013 - private van/car with delivery to dock early afternoon
Our interests and needs: No interest in fashion, high-end shopping, fine dining, wine, spas and such. Enjoy local culture and out of the way places. Prefer small hotels which need not be fancy, but must be clean and quiet with en suite facilities and in a neighborhood where it would be safe to take an evening stroll. Particular interest in nature, birding, art, railroads, farms and farmer's markets. Local restaurants are always interesting.
Our cruise will end February 25, 2013 in Buenos Aires, and we would like a private van/car to meet us at the dock, handle luggage, tour Buenos Aires during the day with delivery to airport (EZE) in time to check in for our 9:20 pm flight home.
