While there, visit the seaquarium, see thousans of tropical fish. visit the monument of Christopher Columbus, walk on the Malecon, the ocean boulevard, and visit the local open market that was established in 1942. Over 800 vendors will offer you handicrafts, made by the Dominicans themselves. Visit the Colonial Zone and go ack 500 years in time... Visit the caves that was lived in by the Taino indians over 1000 years ago... See the drawings in the caves made by the indians.
