El Quelite is located 20 miles north of Mazatlan just across the Tropic of Cancer between the SIERRA MADRE MOUNTAINS and the Pacific Ocean. The main industries are cattle rising, agriculture, fruit growing and dairy products.
In this tour we will visit a rustic bakery where you can taste a great bread with a local family, also everybody in town make "Queso Fresco" (Fresh cheese) which is recommendable to have a large piece of cheese with tortillas and sauce. We will also visit the unique and only cockfight training ranch

Incredible architecture exists here from the past. In the temple you can admire oil paintings from the late 17th century. Enjoy the fine cuisine at "El Meson de los Laureanos"
