We make the most of the long winter nights by exploring the landscape with a long camera exposure. Winter nights away from the city lights can allow for a multitude of amazing scenes including Northern Lights, Aurora Borealis, star trails, milky way, cloud movement, water movement. Time is allowed for travel to interesting dark spots where the landscape is fascinating and free from light pollution. 
Guidance is include to help you get the best from your photography and conduct your session safely. Warm clothing is essential. Thermal layers and high quality gloves, hat and boots are recommended. Some equipment can be provided such as crampons for walking on icy surfaces. Bring your own photography equipment, some extra equipment can be supplied depending on your camera system. 
Recommended equipment would include tripod and a cable release for long exposures. Some exposures could be over 20 minutes, this tour is not for the impatient.
