I am a licensed tour guide in Turkey since 1997. I am a graduate of Bogazici University, Istanbul-Department of Political Sciences and Public Administration and Trondheim University, Norway-Department of Social Sciences. I have had a deep interest in history, culture and travelling. In the end I found my dream job: Beeing a tour guide in english and norwegian.

  Thanks to my educational background and language skills, as well as my willingness to understand and respect for other cultures, I think that I am created for beeing a guide. I do have the philosophy, as Socrates humbly put it forward, " the only thing I know is that I do not know anything". Therefore, I see guiding as an interactive process whereby I also learn from the tour participants.

  I conceive of myself as a friendly, mature and knowledable person. I hope that you will choose me as your guide in Turkey.
