The Festival of Lights is during Fiesta Week, August 30th through September 8th. The most prominent landmark is without a doubt Chocolate Hills. This wonder was formed from mounts of limestone creations. They are a cluster of hills that turn brown in color for the duration of the dry season and appear "chocolate". This is really a must-see while in the Philippines!
