The base trip (with the specific time and price) is offered to residents staying in Agia Napa, Protaras, Larnaca and Nicosia.

The trip combines two of Cyprus prime attractions :

1) Walled Famagusta, a possible future Unesco World Heritage site, which had its golden century during the middle ages, and at the time was a very cosmopolitan trading post and one of the richest cities on earth, and

2) Kantara castle, one of three Byzantine castles on rugged Pentadactylos mountains. Kantara was one of the battlefields during Richard the Lionheart's conquest of Cyprus and is a place that offers wonderful views around the east part of Pentadactylos mountains.  There is possibility for short walks around the castle.

There are still more than ten well preserved medieval churches in Famagusta, dating back to the 13th or 12th century, of different denominations and sects, the most impressive of which is the Gothic cathedral of St. Nicolas. Besides these and the impressive Venetian walls, Othello castle is also found in Walled Famagusta.  After exploring Walled Famagusta we usually pause for a glimpse of the eerie 'Ghost town of Famagusta'.
