Paris is one of the most wonderful places to visit in general, and it’s also a great city to take your kids to. This short "photo tour" serves the purpose of giving a set of helpful tips to families, who are looking forward to visiting Paris. The pictures show the city as it is in September.

But first, a word of advice: September may force you to plan your trip well ahead since it’s the high season for this city. The weather is very pleasant during this time, so it may be hard to book a hotel if you didn’t do it beforehand. It is a bit chilly and rains are very common – not the best weather for a family vacation. Thus, the perfect time for visiting this city is from May to September. But take care if you’re thinking about July or August, as it may be too hot to stay in a big place like Paris. Another benefit of going to Paris during summer is the "Paris Plage", or the "Paris Beach".

The banks of the Seine get covered with sand, creating a beautiful artificial beach, including all the infrastructure of a typical beach. It’s always helpful to have a tourist guide when you’re visiting Paris with your family.
