Located on the south west coast of the Indian Peninsula and the financial capital of Kerala, is Kochi. This seaside, cosmopolitan city is a major tourist destination in India. This tropical paradise with waving palms and huge sandy beaches make this place a desirable vacation spot. Kochi is the home of the Southern Naval Command of the Indian Navy and the headquarters of the Indian Coast Guard. The National University of Advanced Legal Studies and Kerala’s National Law School are also located there.

Visit Hill Palace Museum, the largest archaeological palace in South India. Here you will see paintings and epigraphy from the collections of Travancore and Kochi royal families. The Santacruz Basilica is free to visit, it’s the first European Church built in Asia.
