Hello, my name is Nathan. I am a native of Soweto and have been living there for the past 40 years of my life. I am a licensed tourist guide who is very passionate about his work.I am a hard working, disciplined and a very patience individual. I relate events as they happened and not what I think happened or learned about. I am very much business minded that is why I also run my own tour operator company for personalized and customized tours.

My tours are perfect for visitors who want a detailed overview of Soweto township.I love history, heritage and cultural issues. I have excellent communication skills. I also love o educate as well as to entertain. Besides being a guide I also believe that I am an ambassador for my country and I understand very much the importance of tourism towards the growth of an economy of a country.

I am forever learning be it new skills or an update about events in my country as well as international.I am an optimistic person and believe very much in the future of tourism.

Nathan took us today on a six-hour tour of the Apartheid Museum, Nelson Mandela House and the Soweto area, picking us up from our hotel in the Melrose district.

We enjoyed that Nathan is a charming man who speaks excellent English, and is extremely knowledgeable about the country. We had the most delightful time with him.

Highly recommended!
