Hello. My name is Joanna. I have lived in New York City for the past twenty years. I came out to New York to perform, and have performed in various off and off off Broadway theaters, musical cabaret shows, solo shows, and dinner theater. I became a New York City tour guide because it combined my love of performing, being with people, and my passion for this amazing city. I also work as a theatrical teaching artist, a life coach, and a public speaking teacher. I enjoy helping people express themselves.

I love spinning, doing yoga, seeing Broadway shows, going to museums, trying new restaurants, studying Spanish, and singing, When I have the time and the money I love to travel to places locally, to Europe, to and anywhere my passport will take me.

I'm originally from the Bay Area, and still have family there. I like the seasons in New York, and the nature out west. I could do without the winters in New York!

Otherwise, I love the diversity and culture in Manhattan, and all the great sights to see here such as museums, theater, music, exploring Central Park, seeing independent films, shopping in Soho and walking through Greenwich Village. The city has a pulse and so much character. I love that and it's a great pleasure to share it with others.
