VIETNAM SCENERY TOUR 17 DAYS

DAY 01 :  ON ARRIVAL IN HA NOI  ( GONDOLA HOTEL )

Pick up from the Noi Bai airport and then transfer you to the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter – the most exciting place for tourist. You will take a rest  in the beautiful hotel, after long way flight . Tonight, find out your self the place to walk inside Ha Noi ancient city.

DAY 02 : HA NOI – SAPA BY TRAIN ( sleeping on the train )

After breakfast at the hotel, your tour manager will help you do the check – out and then discover the most beautiful area in the country side is located at  Ha Noi CiTy.

DAY 03 : LAO CAI – SAPA TREKING

Arrive Lao Cai Train Station around 6:00 AM. We will take 1hr bus ride uphill to the beautiful town of Sapa. The ride gives you a glimpse of the stunning vistas and impressive rice terraces. Arrive Sapa town, have breakfast & fresh up for a while. After that take a 6 km walking down to the South East of Sapa along the side of Muong Hoa valley to Y Linh Ho Village of the Black H’mong. The beauty of Y Linh Ho valley is adorned with green mixed gold of terraced rice field and corn field, imposing mountain coved by bushy plants and the fabulous white mixed blue clouds on sky.Continue to get over 3km for trekking down to Lao Chai Village of H’mong people. To go inside the village, tourists trek through a small bridge led to Muong Hoa valley. There are some traditional houses of H’Mong people, streams flow tranquilly mixed with the smell of flowers and fields, all of them make a relaxed feeling for the new comers.After lunch time at a local family in Lao Chai or in a drink shop nearby the river bank, we keep on hiking to Ta Van Village of the Dzay. where we stay overnight in a local family. Here you have opportunity to experience their daily life, work and original custom.

head back to the main road to catch the jeep and return to Sapa.

Around 18:00 Share tourist bus to Lao cai Station.

DAY 04:  SAPA – HA LONG BAY ( tonight, sleeping on the back to HA NOI )

7.45-8.00: Our bus or private car will pick you up at your hotel.

12.30: Arrive at Paloma office, Halong City. Transferred by tender to Paloma Cruise – enjoy welcome drink. Receive cruise briefing, check in cabins and begin your cruise.

13.30: Having lunch – delicious Vietnamese set menu (Massage service is available after lunch and throughout the tour).

15:00: Head to Bai Tu Long Bay, pass the towns of Hon Gai and Cam Pha, Oan Lagoon, Monster Head and Teapot Islets and Vung Vieng fishing village. Visit the Vung Vieng fishing village by local rowing boat (01 hour) or Kayak into the village then return to the vessel for your leisure or join one of the following optional  activities: Sunbathing, traditional massage, swimming etc.

18:00: Drop anchor in the calm water surrounded by islets near Hang Trong. Happy Hour (sunset party).

18:30: Vietnamese cooking demonstration on boat.

19.15: Sumptuous Set-dinner onboard.

21.00: Relaxing on your cabin or join the on board activities: film entertainment, light music for dancing in the dining room (please book in advance with your tour guide), board games and playing cards are available, and massage services are available. Passengers may also try their luck at squid fishing from the boat. Happy Hour! Buy two drink – get one free (wine by the bottle excluded) Overnight aboard Paloma Cruise.

DAY 05: Amazing Cave – Ha Noi (B,L)

06.15: Starting your day with Tai Chi on the Sundeck while complimentary tea & coffee are served.

07.00: Have breakfast in dinning room.

08.00: Explore the Surprise Cave (Sung Sot).

08:15: Transfer by tender to the Surprise Cave. Walk up about 100 steps to the cave entrance and tour the cave for approximately 45 minutes. Walk down about 100 steps and return to the boat.

10.00: Upon return to the boat you will have 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing. Please remove all of your belongings from the cabins, you may leave heavy luggage outside of the cabins (staff will transfer directly to the pier).

10:30: Enjoy Set Menu for lunch in the dining room. We will settle bills after breakfast. Relax on the sundeck or in the dining room enjoying the bay scenery as we approach the pier.

11.45: Arrive at Hon Gai Harbour. Transfer by tender to the pier, relax inside the Paloma Office while waiting for return transportation.

DAY 06: HA NOI – HUE – HOI AN ( Domestic flight to Da Nang with vietnam airline )

On to the former imperial city of Hue. Keep your camera handy for the incredible coastal views and rolling green hills along the way.

We start our time in mellow Hue with a visit to the imperial Tu Duc Mausoleum. Our Local Guide will give you the story on this ‘poet Emperor’ and ancient burial rites as you walk around the intricately decorated pavilions, gorgeous gardens, and lotus flower ponds. Take your time to view the statues and colourful artwork.

The next spot we stop at is the 7-story Thien Mu Pagoda. Learn about the legend behind its construction plus the events surrounding the notorious Hue Buddhist massacre.

DAY 07: HUE – HOI AN ( driving the private car to Hoi An is about 40minute )

Hoi An is a pretty little town, with history written all over it. Blending Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese and European influences, this former port town is an unusual mix of architectural styles.

You’ll get a real feel for this town when you walk through the UNESCO World Heritage Listed old quarter with our Local Guide, who’ll tell you the story behind the old merchant shops, the 400-year-old Japanese covered bridge and the pretty pagoda.

This afternoon, it’s free time to either relax back at the hotel pool or get some clothes made. Hoi An is known for its beautiful cloths and colourful silks, and there are loads of tailors ready to whip up some made-to-order threads in record breaking time. One tip is to bring some clothes you like from home with you – the tailors can make almost exact copies of the patterns! They also have designs in their shops to choose from.

As the sun sets, we head out on bikes with a Local Guide into the surrounding countryside for a look at the gorgeous scenery. Cruise past rice fields and traditional homes before riding riverside back into town.

Choose an optional Vietnamese cooking class tonight and taste why this food has such a good reputation. Cook up 4 traditional dishes – you’ll even get to enjoy eating them afterward.

DAY 08: HOI AN – DA LAT ( Domestic flight early morning by vietnam airline )

After enjoy your breakfast at the hotel, you then driving to DA NANG AIRPORT to flight to DALAT. Our tour guide in Dalat will pick you up at LIEN KHUONG airport and then take you back to the hotel to check- in ( LA SAPINETTE 4 STAR HOTEL ).

We leave your luggage at the hotel and then try  to enjoying  Dalat scenery throught your local tour guide. Thien Vien Truc Lam, Tuyen Lam lake, Robin Hill, coffee plantations, XQ Dalat.

DAY 09: DA LAT – NHA TRANG (driving down to the sea city by private car is bout 3 hourse

After breakfast at the hotel you have time to walk around Dalat market then back to the hotel at 12 to check –out. You can allso have time to sightseeing during driving to Nha Trang throught out the car window.

Tonight find your self the place to have Nha Trang special foods and try to have some dring with other toursists or with youur local tour guide.

DAY 10: NHA TRANG BOAT TOUR AROUND BEAUTIFUL BAY

A free day gives you time to sink into the laid-back beach lifestyle. Snack on fresh pineapple or other tropical fruits from the area. Try a massage and soak up the sun or cool off in the South China Sea.

Activity-wise, there’s a chance to get out among the gorgeous offshore islands on our optional cruise. With swim stops and snorkelling off the island of Hon Mun, this is a fun way to explore the area.

Your local tour guide in Nha Trang can also organise you a treat – experience a mineral mud bath and hot thermal springs!

Tonight, find yourself a spot on the beach or at a waterfront bar to watch the sun set over the sea. But don’t stop there! Get into Nha Trang’s nightlife with some of the group – it’s a pretty lively place!

DAY 11: NHA TRANG – HCM ( Domestic flight by vietnam airline in the morning ) 

Today you’ll hear Vietnam’s history in a nutshell on a city tour that starts from colonial times.

Check out the Notre Dame Cathedral, a relic left from French rule. We also see the Presidential or Reunification Palace, the former political heart of the country, from where various leaders have ruled. Learn how the loss of this building marked the fall of Saigon during the Vietnam War. Then look through the sobering War Remnants Museum and find out about victims of the Vietnam War.

DAY 12: HCM – MEKONG DELTA ( 1h30minute to driving to MEKONG DELTA )

For the next two days, we journey into the Mekong Delta. In your time here, cruise the Delta on a traditional boat and take in Vietnam’s major rice producing area. See local fruit farms, floating markets and everyday life on Vietnam’s waterways.Learn about local industry with visits to a rice paper factory. You’ll also get a taste of tradition at a tea house and get to enjoy a typical lunch at a local house.

Later, local musicians will perform for us before we tuck into some home-cooked food at the simple, local guesthouse where we stay overnight.

DAY 13: MEKONG DELTA DISCOVERY ON THE MEKONG RIVER

This tours give you the chance to understand the Vietnamese – Mekong – way of life and get to know the Mekong-Delta through the eyes of a local. All of our guides have a good command of English and have graduated from university or are in their final year.

It’s an early breakfast before heading back to Ho Chi Minh City

Your local tour guide will give you time to wake up to see how local people make the floating market. The first, you will come to CAI RANG market it was became of the famous place with every vietnamese and your tour guide will let you know what the story was ?

After visiting some of MEKONG market you then back to HCM by private car it is take about 2 hourse driving.

DAY 14: HO CHI MINH – CU CHI TUNNEL TOUR

via the Viet Cong’s legendary tunnels in Cu Chi. See booby traps, hidden doors and some of the 250kms of tunnels that Vietnamese resistance fighters dug by hand to escape danger and launch surprise attacks from. If you’re up for it, you can even go down into the skinny tunnels and experience them first-hand.

Tonight it’s a free evening, so why not grab some delicious Vietnamese food with your tour mates.
