Welcome to HecTour Travel Service

Hello, dear friends! My name is Hector Medina and I work as a private guide in Santiago for many years now. I am the owner of the travel agency called “Hectour Travel Service”. With the help of this travel agency you will be able to explore the beauty and charm of Santiago, get acquainted with its culture and traditions, learn something intriguing about its history. We offer the service of private guiding and driving. There are certain advantages of using the service of this kind.

You should known that all the private tours are flexible, which means that you are the one to decide what places to explore, and which ones to exclude from the itinerary. Moreover, you will have a private driver at your disposal, and you won’t have to worry about how to get from one place to another. Your time is too precious to lose it in traffic jams in public transport, that’s why we offer to use our service of guiding and driving.

Our experienced guides will help you to plan your vacation in the most interesting fashion personally for you. We don’t offer customized tours, but on the other hand we are eager to accommodate our clients by all means. You should note that we offer dozens of different tourist destinations. Among them are the following ones: La Serena, Arica, San Pedro de Atacama, Puerto Montt, Punta Arenas, Calafate, Puerto Varas, San Rafael Lagoon, Penguins Island, Perito Moreno Glacier, and lots of others.

We are the best Chile private guides, who will organize the best vacation for you. It is worth noting that we offer our guiding service in several languages: German, Spanish, French, Russian, English, Italian, and Portuguese. Besides guiding and driving we offer lots of other services, such as finding affordable lodging for you, and providing you with all the needed information regarding Santiago. We can also book all the tickets for you if needed. So you see that our help will simplify everything for you, and you won’t have to worry about anything except for just enjoying yourselves.

You might probably ask why should you use our service, and it will be my pleasure to answer your question. All the people working in my travel agency we born in Chile and each and every of them is really fond of this country. As far as they were brought up in Chile, they know everything about it and they will be pleased to share their knowledge with foreigners. You will be amazed at the Chilean hospitality and you will never regret visiting this wonderful country. It is worth noting that wine tours in Chile are extremely popular, and if you are a wine connoisseur you should definitely taste some of the well-known Chile wine.

As somebody said... "When in Chile... do as Chilenos do”

Scott Jesser about guide from Santiago

We had a great day out with our guide from Hec Tour Service, up to Los Andes and Portillo following the old Transandine railway that used to connect Chile with Argentina. We made plenty of photo stops along the way, and even managed to see a train carrying minerals at the Salto de Soldado. Our guide showed us some great spots, including the Laguna del Inca at Portillo. On our way back to Santiago we had a huge meal at "La Runa" in San Felipe. An unforgettable experience with a professional, friendly, accommodating guide who took us places we just wouldn't have been able to get to if we had tried to do it ourselves. Highly recommended!
