Hi, I am Alice form Hangzhou. I am an energetic girl with a very nice personality. I became a tour guide because I love to travel and meet people from over the world.

I have been to many cities, I understand how important it is to know someone from local to have the real perspectives to observe nature, custom, history, culture of the destinations that we are visiting. I feel very lucky to do what I want to do.

There are many tour agencies, but I prefer to be an private tour guide only. Travel agencies only have fixed itineraries and do not go to many places where you can find the real attraction, always bring customers to some gift shops. Many travelers will have a bad experience about their trip. As a private guide, I only make the itineraries accord to my customers’ interests and budget. I stand on their side and help them make the best choice. Always listen to their opinions and ready to make some changes in the middle.

With more than 4 years working experiences, since 2014, I had served customers from more than 30 countries. My customers are always satisfied with my service, because I have a strong sense of responsibility and I was able to cope with some emergency situation.
