My name is Grigore and i am an official tour guide in Romania since 2008. I was born in Maramures county , on the north-west of Transylvania , one of Romania's most beautiful and untainted regions were people live like 100 years ago . Since 2003 , for more then a decade , i worked in Rome , Italy as a tour guide , in some of the most visited attractions like : Colosseum,Vatican city , Pompei , Florence , Venice , Bologna , Pisa etc. 13 years later i decided to move back to the motherland and start my own business , to use my experience gained in my time in Rome to show the world in the best possible way the beauty of my country. Romania is still a "virgin" land as far as the tourists preference go, but i came back home to try to change that trend. Being born in Transylvania i don't see anybody else better to tell the true story bout the Vampire King , about Romania's most beautiful castles and medieval fortresses , about Romania's religious heritage with its amazing wooden monasteries in Maramures, or the amazing monasteries in Moldova , wineries in Prahova Valley and much more.
