My name is Sabina. I am working as a tourist guide for eight years now.

In my free time I like to travel, I sing in a vocal group, dance, swim, play badminton, massage my friends, listen to music, read a lot and love to go for long walks. Guide in Ljubljana. I love the sea in summer and sauna in winter, I like to laugh, have a good cup of coffee with friends...

Tourism was a part of my life from my earliest childhood. As a young boy my father has been writing to tourist associations throughout the world, collecting their brochures, travel guides and catalogues. I have been watching the pictures and dreaming of faraway places before I learned how to read, wanting to visit foreign cities and cultures.

I finished study of economics and my first job was working with numbers. Soon after my desire to discover and experience new things led me to Turkey and Tunisia where I worked for months as a tour guide. Private guide in Ljubljana. Later I guided tours to Austria, Italy, Germany, Slovakia, Croatia, Check Republic, Hungary, Norway and Macedonia.

When I returned home, I saw Slovenia through different glasses. I realised I live in a wonderful country, small but rich and diverse – lying at the crossroad of Mediterranean, Alps, Karst region and Pannonia lowland providing something for everybody.

For me – Slovenia is the most beautiful country of the world. Why? Each day I see and experience it as beautiful and unique – not only through my own being but also with you - though your eyes and soul.
