I came to Barcelona from the countryside when I was 6 years old, now I am 54 so one could say I have lived most of my live here. I already knew most of the little corners, quiet squares, interesting bars and great views of this city before becoming a licensed tour guide, but when I went deeper in the knowledge of this city I started to put everything in context and perspective and then I really felt I became an expert in the city, of course the passion for knowing, reading and discovering about the city in its different ages has helped  a lot.

The ultimate goal of travelling is to enjoy ourselves. When we travel we look forward to seeing new places and people, and discover different ways of living and understanding life. We long to be marvelled and to capture all that the world offers. This possibility awakens not only our innate instinct for knowing but also feelings and emotions within us that often remain dormant in our day-to-day lives.

Gregorio Arribas, a private guide in Barcelona and Catalonia region, a connoisseur and admirer of his city, wants that all mentioned above become a reality for everybody that visits this part of the globe, and sees his mission as helping people realise the full potential of their travelling experience.
