To assist in our inbound operations, we have planning and organizing tours.

  Facilities:
  We are always on call during and after office hours to render all possible assistance to our clients. Our group of guides are experienced and high educated. We provide guides who are able to speak the following languages: Japanese, German, French, Italian, Spanish, English, and others.

  Arrival:
  Our guide and representative will meet your clients on their arrival, meet and assist through immigration department with great service. After clearance from immigration and custom formalities. They will also arrange the handling of baggage as well as accompany them to the hotel and assist them in checking in with a welcome drink. a tour itinerary will be provide to all our clients. Our guides will then explain the itinerary in full details so as to be certain that all are well aware of the arrangements ahead of them. They will also reconfirm all onward flights.

  Tours:
  All entry fees are included in our tour rates unless otherwise specified.
Narration will be conducted by our guides during each and every tour. Should there be any festivities in our city or in the scheduled places of our tour, information will be supplied before hand.

  Departure:
  Our guide and representative will be on hand to handle the baggage arrangements and assist in checking in at the airport.

  Operation Equipment:
  We utilizes all luxurious air-conditioned coaches or cars for transfers and sightseeing.

  Booking:
  Just send us the details of your order voucher and bookings and we will immediately confirm all ground arrangements.

  Cancellation:
  Although it is not our policy to levy such charges, we reserve the right to pass on any charges from hotels or other contractors as the case may occur as a result of cancellation
