I am a licensed tour guide in Istanbul, Turkey. I love meeting new people and sharing my beloved city with them. Making your holiday unforgettable is my priority.

My specialty is Ottoman history, but that does not mean I know nothing about the Byzantines. With over six years of professional guiding experience in tourism, I can satisfy your curiosity and hunger for knowledge in just a few hours.

I was born on February 21, 1982, in a small village in the mid-west of Turkey with only 6,000 inhabitants. After spending my childhood there, I moved to Kars, in the far northeast of Turkey, where winters can be as cold as -45°C. I studied tourism and guiding there for two years before moving to Istanbul — the city of my dreams.

Istanbul is like a powerful magnet. Once you experience it, you can never give it up. I cannot imagine myself returning to my hometown and spending my days working in a garden. I am completely captivated by this city.
