I highly recommend using Frank. He recently helped me experience the sites and sounds of Seoul, Incheon and the DMZ. Frank was kind, personable and very knowledgeable of the various sites we toured. He's also a good guy, who has a great sense of humor. You can't go wrong using Frank.
Frank did a 5 day tour for me and our family. We had a great time- Frank was courteous, responsive and professional. We had a trip of a lifetime in Seoul and Busan.
My friends and I really enjoyed a fantastic day trip in Pohang with Mr. Frank. We get to visit Hometown Cha Cha Cha's filming location and were able to experience many beautiful spots in the city. Mr. Frank is very fun, friendly and communicative, he also had excellent English and was able to provide us so much information regarding the Korean culture, history and way of life. We also get to experience authentic Korean food at the local restaurant which was absolutely mind-blowing. If you're looking for a private tour, book your tour with Mr. Frank and you won't regret it. Frank Yi was our guide for a tour of two cities in southern Korea - Gyeongju and Busan- and he was terrific. There was a group of ten of us and we had a mini-bus that made transportation comfortable and convenient. He was interesting and knowledgeable and his English was excellent. He contributed to making our trip one of the most wonderful we have ever taken!
We booked Frank for 2 full-day tours during our visit to Busan (22-26 November 2014) and for our round-trip airport-hotel transfer. We had very comfortable and clean vehicles (Starex Vans and Mini-Bus). Since we were 10 in the group, Frank was sensitive enough not to bombard the whole group with Historical information but was very generous with those who were interested in the history of the places we visited. One of our requests was to visit good Korean restaurants and he did not disappoint. The fact that we had a guide with us made communicating with the locals easier as not many people in Busan speak of understand english very well. The very cold weather made us appreciate the fact that we had private vehicles to use that allowed us to relax while traveling. All in all, Frank will deliver! Just let him know what you want to see and experience in Busan, and he'll definitely do his best to bring you to the right places :-)

Our group were fortunate to have Frank Yi as our guide during our trip to Busan/Jinhae last week. We had so much fun and the cherry blossoms were in full bloom, especially in Jinhae. Frank was very patient and gave us the best service, never complaining, and is forever attentive to our changing itinerary while also giving us good advise as to where we should go or eat. We have no qualms about engaging him again for our next trip to Korea. Thank you Frank, without you we may not have experienced the best of Busan and Jinhae.
