If you have a limited time in Cairo and are interested in learning how the pyramids were built, their history and the development of the shape of the tombs during the pharaonic period, then you have to choose this tour.

We will visit the Giza Pyramids area to see the pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus. You will have the chance to visit one of the pyramids if you wish, visit the Great Sphinx, then proceed to the Grand Egyptian Museum, which features more than 100,000 artefacts from the pharaonic period.

Itinerary:

• Pick up at your hotel.
• Meeting at the beginning of the day.
• Drive to Giza pyramids.
• Visit the three pyramids at the plateau of Giza (Cheops, Khephren and Mycrenus).
• Sphinx & the Valley temple (the mummification temple), visit the newly discovered harbour, the Sphinx temple and the remains of Khufu causeway.
• Stop for lunch (optional).
• Visit the New Grand Egyptian Museum and King Tutankhamen amazing artifacts.
• Return to the hotel.
