This is Andres. I am writing to you from the Colca Canyon, Peru: the Inka´s Land. Machu Picchu. My profession is tour guide. I went to University to get Certifications, also I update my profession in CENFOTUR (Centro de Formación en Turismo) , CTA (Ciencias Tecnologicas de Arequipa, Guias de Turismo).

I love outside tourist activities, because I am always in contact with nature, touching, feeling the sun rays of the Andes; My pride for defying the dust and stones of the trails; for paving the endless slopes when the heart beats agitated with greatest passion and the weak muscles are anyway recharged with energy; some time the sun beams are crashing on the shoulders and it is an illusion the fresh water in the desert for soaking your withered lips, but only the salty flavor of the sweat is filtered from the eyelids… Even so I love my work with passion.

I am enthusiastic, friendly and very talkative. The more important in my job is the responsability, commitment and safety. Those earns the TRUST. I respect always the agreement in strict way. There is not excuses.

I organize tourist circuits and programs in flexible way, keeping to fit them to guessts needs. I know very well my work. It is based in my experience in several travel agencies as assistant, consultant, administrator, guiding and manager in my own business like Professional Tour Guide.
