i am interested in having a quote from you for a trip to Croatia in late May - June 2011
We are 4 women between 45 and 75 - wherever we stay we will need 4 separate beds....we would prefer 1 bedroom with 3 beds and 1 single bedroom but i appreciate this is not always possible and sometimes it will have to be 2 twin rooms [renting an apartment is good for us too]
We would like to include
we are also interested in an 'extra' that would allow a trip to Mostar and/or Sarajevo
we would like to visit 1 or 2 islands eg Korcula and Hvar and Mljet, enjoy a boat trip and see some countryside too
we do not like or want 4* anonymous hotels - we prefer simpler local places to stay [but with private bathrooms where possible] and really like eating local food at local cafes etc
we are not really interested in beach or cycling activities so staying too long on islands is probably not such a good idea but i welcome your advice on this and anything else - we do enjoy history and old buildings
we are experienced travellers and do not need a guide with us all of the time but it would be helpful to know that all arrangements for travel/transfers etc have been taken care of
i hope i have given you enough information but please ask me if anything else would help
i look forward to hearing from you

Laura: Hi ,
I'm looking to join a group or have a private guide. I'm Traveling solo flying into Split and out of Dubrovnik. Since you are in Split I'd like to see if you have a tour of Split & Trogir for Friday July 5th?
Curious to see if you could comment on my proposed itinerary?
Thurs July 4-arrive Split late afternoon.
Friday July 5- tour Split & areas, later ferry to Hvar.
Friday night July 5-Monday July 8- Hvar, 3 nights. Tour VIS, wine tour on Hvar and Zlatni Rat beach
Monday July 8-July 11- stay in Orebic 3 nights, ferry to Korcula for a day trip and do Peljesac wine tours.
Thursday July 11-July 15- home base Dubrovnik. I'd like to day trip to Mostar from here & Montenegro.
It's a lot for 10 nights but I move fast. Can you suggest a better itenerary from Split to Dubrovnik? I like history, food & olive oil & wine tours. I'm trying to do a wine tour on Hvar, Korcula & Peljesac but don't know who to reach out to. On any tour I can do private but find going with a group more fun & economical. From Dubrovnik I'd like to see Mostar one day and got your Montenegro on another. Know any good companies or guides?
Any suggestions on places to stay would be great. I like bed & breakfasts, quaint hotels or apartments. Looking to stay within a decent budget.
Let me know if you are free July 5th and what the rate is.
Pernet: My husband will be doing a cruise aboard Azamara Quest this August.
We would like to visit as much as possible in Split, Dubrovnik, Kotor and Hvar and were wondering whether you could put together a tour from the places that we we be stopping at.
As we are on a ship we will have to be careful with the timing so that we will be back on board before the ship sails. The tours do not have to be all day. Perhaps you could make appropriate suggestions depending on what we will visit.
We have never visited any of the places and are curious about everything. We love walking and would like to combine some walking with driving.
We realize that it is the middle of the summer and there will probably be throngs of tourists, but if it's possible we would love to see things which are "off the beaten track" and that all tourists may not get to see.
These are the dates and times we shall be in each place.
Monday 13 August: Split: Arrive 12.00 pm - Depart 10pm
Tuesday 14 August: Dubrovnik: Arrive 8am - depart 3pm (tendered)
Wednesday15 August: Kotor: Depart 6pm (we arrive the night before)
Friday 17 August: Hvar Arrive 8am - depart 6pm. (tendered)
Kim: I am from New Hampshire, in the USA. My family is visiting Split, Croatia on April 23, while on traveling on a cruise with Royal Carribean (Splendor of the Seas) ship.
We will have from 7:00 am until 3:00 p.m. to sightsee, ship departs at 4:00. As it is Easter weekend, we know it will be quite crowded, which is why we wanted to know if you would be interested in guiding us through the city.
We have two teenagers, Scott 17, Trisha 16, and we are capable of walking or biking (as long as there aren't many hills as I have a heart condition).
We'd love to see Diocletian's Palace, and have been told to visit it as early as possible. My husband also heard about Trogir, but we're not sure if the ferry ride would take too long to see both cities.
Please let us know if you are available and what your suggested interary would be, so we can make arrangements with you. Also, can you tell us the cost of a 6-7 hour tour is?
